** What are my delivery times? **
Swiss law does not stipulate a maximum time limit for deliveries. In order to give the customer a security, the seller can set a deadline in the contract. This can only be guaranteed if the buyer pays in full within the specified payment period without any deductions. (If, despite full payment, the specified delivery time cannot be met, the seller can extend it again by a maximum of 30 working days. If, contrary to expectations, this deadline also expires and no goods are received, our cancellation / accounting department automatically initiates the reverse transaction. The purchase order is then promptly canceled with timely payment at 100% value of the goods and in the event of delayed payment minus cancellation costs with a refund in accordance with the terms and conditions.
The delivery takes place by shipment from the warehouse to the delivery address provided by the customer. The delivery address can differ from the billing address. If no delivery address is specified, is delivered to the billing address. Racondo draws your attention to the reservation of self-delivery (cf. 2.3). The delivery of our articles can take place depending on the shop in its country.

** Can I change the delivery address and is there any costs involved? **
In order to guarantee you the best possible delivery quality, we deliver directly from the factory to the delivery address given during your purchase. If the delivery address is changed, a flat-rate surcharge may occasionally apply.

** Can I be contacted before delivery? **
Most courier companies deliver parcels without prior notification (e.g. DPD). Most of the time you will automatically receive an email from us as soon as it is dispatched (usually with a tracking number) and can check the status there.

Forwarding delivery:
In the case of forwarding goods (general cargo), you will be contacted directly by the respective forwarding agent about a delivery date.

** When does the transfer of risk begin for me? **
- for consumers: with delivery of the item.
- for entrepreneurs: when the item is dispatched.

** The delivery period has expired, now what? **
The goods can be delivered later than indicated. If you have not yet received any information, please contact customer service / contact see General Terms and Conditions point 1.1.

** What does the delivery time guarantee mean? **
The general payment term is 7 days. During this time, the goods will be reserved for you in the factory. The goods are released on the 8th day and the delivery time guarantee is therefore no longer valid

** My goods are not delivered, what do I have to do? **

** I only received part of the order, what do I have to do? **

** I have received faulty / wrong goods, what should I do? **
Please contact customer service / contact see General Terms and Conditions point 1.1. It is best to attach a photo showing the defective goods.

** The delivery sent to me went to the wrong address, what should I do? **

** I want to track the delivery, where can I find the tracking data? **
You will find a link to track the shipment in your email "Notification of shipment".

** I have received a tracking number / proof of delivery but the goods have not yet arrived. What can I do?**

** Can I have the order delivered by express? **
No, we do not offer express delivery.

** Can I pick up the order directly? **
In order to guarantee you the best possible prices, we sell and deliver most of our articles free of charge directly from the factory. Before buying, check whether it is even possible to collect the item. (See Description)

** To what maximum must the order be delivered? **
It is delivered free on the curb.
